I have been consuming their tea since 2020. I used to buy tea from several place including Whole Foods teas. I am only getting my teas from Teaura. I wish they had a retail store. I order through their website. It comes right away. I love earl grey tea. I buy 4 or 5 packs for each month.
The owner Ayman is very knowledgeable about all kind of teas.
I never received the Lavender Eark Gray. I sent a email with no response.
I can’t give feedback since I have not received the tea yet. It has been 2 weeks and it still has not arrived. I have sent several emails inquiring about it and have not heard anything back.
Once again, great service from Terura - easy way to order on line, quick delivery of my order, and a wonderful selection of products.
