Rooibos has a high level of ascorbic acid (vitamin C). Rooibos tea does not contain any caffeine, it also contains low levels of tannin compared to black or green tea.
I can’t give feedback since I have not received the tea yet. It has been 2 weeks and it still has not arrived. I have sent several emails inquiring about it and have not heard anything back.
My go to tea, I order all the time. Smooth, not too fruity, no bitterness & no need for sugar. Highly recommend. I often mix this with the jasmine green tea.
